The month of July ended yesterday and so the rains. Though the rains were delayed this season, but still, it had rained like cats and dogs for a few days which sufficient to bring down the temperature. And as far as Pune is concerned, I love Pune after the rains as the entire city covers with a green carpet. Similar thing happened with the backyard of my recently shifted flat which I used to hate otherwise. Before the rains, it was just a backyard with some dead creepers moving along my window and a small NO MORE garden.
But today I just peeped out of the window carefully and then, I paused for a moment, queued a nice playlist in winamp, took my camera and stepped out. And here are some of the snaps I got…..

There is a huge water tank on which a lot of moss has grown along with tiny fresh grass shoots born not more than a week ago

The leaf is a bit blurred but that is the reason it looks more beautiful. Also the green color lightens up because of the dark background.

Since it was late eve the light wasn’t enough to brighten up the flower. The snap would have been much better in bright sunlight directly falling on the flower.

Can you see that devil face on the back of the beetle? This one is scary. But the other one I saw was laughing devil. Couldn’t get the snap though as it flew away.
